Budget Yellow Event Control

A budget version of Yellow Events, only thing really lacking is Khalim (legendary), but strong regardless.

The deck uses 3 key units - Windstorm Archer, Windstorm Charger and Windstorm Colossus - supported by a host of events to make efficient trades and control the board. There are a lot of mobility effects that help harvesting wells and hitting your opponent where they are the weakest.

Worth noting is that you can use Oradrim Fanatic or Flash Wind to move your Windstorm Archers and still shoot the same turn.
