A fairly standard burn deck with a few tweaks. Your main objective is to control the board as much as your resources will allow, dealing chip damage when possible via Blood Singers, Groundshakers and Seifer's Wrath. Build up one side of the board in order to get a land within 2 tiles of your opponent's face, enabling a direct hit from Scourgeflame. Go for 2 Mountains first, then 2 Deserts, then one more of each, to ensure as many of your cards become available for use as quickly as possible. If you have the time, get 2 lands between the wells and put down a collector. Going face is not your priority with any of your creatures, except Scourgeflame. This deck packs a lot of removal for small and medium creatures, but struggles to get rid of some of the bigger ones, hence the addition of Last Nightmare.
You won't be playing many cards from turn to turn, but this deck is EXPLOSIVE. You will often find yourself stockpiling Faeria and unleashing hell later. In the meantime, use your removal cards to control the board, and lay down Blood Singers whenever possible to collect for you and deal chip damage. Hellfire is an excellent source of burn if your opponent has an empty/weak board, but don't cripple yourself just to make use of it. Soul Pact is great to give you that last bit of Faeria you need in a pinch, or for making surprise plays (nobody will expect a Hellfire or Scourgeflame if you're low on Faeria, Soul Pact helps you do just that). Wind Soldier and Flame Burst are versatile cards in that they can be used as removal or as a finisher.
Awhile back, I put Windstorm Colossus in here as a strong body for cheap, since this deck plays A LOT of events. Try 'em if you like 'em.
