Infinity War???
Hey Guys! It's me Franklin! I'm back! You guys seemed to like my first guide on the fastest way to kill yourself, which is also the shortest way a game can end so this time I'm going to write a guide on the longest game possible, a game that last forever!
Why would you want to do this? Maybe you just watched Avengers: Infinity War and liked it so much that you wanted to create your own infinity war, here's how you do it.
Our first problem is fatigue. For people who don't know, fatigue is when you draw a card when you have no cards left in your deck. The first time you draw a card when nothing in your deck you get dealt one damage to your face. The second time you get dealt two damage and the twentieth time you would be dealt twenty damage. So it would seem that it would be impossible to survive the 50th turn.
The solution to not fatigue:
Hammer of Destruction, which can now be used in constructed mode with the new Fall of Everlife card, Baldurian the Evil Archduke after it moves on an enemy land with its corrupt effect. But there is one more problem, you are going to have to use the Hammer of Destruction for it to be shuffled into your deck and you will eventually run out of targets to hit with your Hammer of Destruction and you will either fatigue and die or have to kill yourself or your opponent with your Hammer of Destruction.
They are a few ways to solve this problem:
The easiest solution is the The Tree of Everlife which heals you for seven every turn so you and your opponent can use Hammer of Destruction on your face and then plus one faeria and pass and then the following you get healed for seven health and be back up at full health and then you can Hammer of Destruction on your face again creating an endless battle.
Other solutions include:
Note: Both you and your opponent must do this for the battle to be endless
- Using 5 Shimmering Statue or Laya Lady of Sorrow after dying. You can run three of Shimmering Statue and one of Laya in your deck. To get the fifth Shimmering Statue you can get by using Aurora Creation on Laya and then kill that Laya too. With five Shimmering Statue, you can use Hammer of Destruction on your face and heal the five damage you dealt to yourself every turn forever.
- Getting a very big Ruunin. If you ever get both Ruunin as a 16/16 (Ruunin dying six times) and Hammer of Destruction in your hand and having enough faeria to play both of them, you can avoid fatigue by hitting your Ruunin with a Hammer of Destruction every turn. Plus one faeria and replaying your Ruunin whenever it dies.
- Triton Sanctuary. If you are collecting from at least three faeria wells and have two Triton Sanctuaries with at least one of your Sanctuaries having more than five life and the other having more than two then you can use Hammer of Destruction on your Triton Sanctuary with the most health. Every turn after this alternate which Triton Sanctuary you hit with the Hammer of Destruction. Your Triton Sanctuaries will tank the Hammer of Destruction endlessly.
Solutions that work in theory
The last three solutions are pretty lame as they only work in theory due to extreme randomness every turn.
- Spellwhirl Shennanigans.
Every turn you will:
- Start with a Spellwhirl and drawing a Hammer of Destruction into your hand. You will have three faeria.
- Use Spellwhirl and gain another Spellwhirl and a Ruby Fish.
- Gain one faeria on the Power Wheel.
- Place down Ruby Fish and then Hammer of Destruction it.
- End Turn with a Spellwhirl in hand, 0 faeria and Hammer of Destruction in your deck.
- Magda. Every turn you will:
- Start off with a Magda on the board. You will have three faeria.
- Begin the turn with drawing a Hammer of Destruction and Magda producing a one faeria Goki Friendly Miner.
- Gain one faeria on the Power Wheel.
- Place down Goki and then Hammer of Destruction it.
- End Turn with Magda on the board, 0 faeria and Hammer of Destruction in your deck.
- Using Bloomsprite. Every turn you will:
- Start off with a Bloomsprite on the board and draw a Hammer of Destruction into your hand.
- Gain one faeria on the Power Wheel.
- Hammer of Destruction the Bloomsprite. The Bloomsprite will produce a free Bloomsprite.
- Place Bloomsprite onto the board
- End Turn with a Bloomsprite on the board and Hammer of Destruction in your deck
Solution without Hammer of Destruction???
I just thought of another solution literally five minutes after publishing this guide and it doesn't use Hammer of Destruction! It uses Cap-10 Sky Pirate instead and you also need a Triton Sanctuary. You will need to be collecting from at least three faeria wells for this to work. Every turn you will:
- Draw the Gift of Steel you got last turn.
- Collect three faeria giving your Triton Sanctuary three more health.
- Hit the Triton Sanctuary with your Cap-10 Sky Pirate making it lose the three health it gained and shuffling a Gift of Steel into your deck for you to draw next turn.
Sulphur also pointed out to me on discord that you can just use Emperors Command twice on your Cap-10 so it can have 0 attack and combat will still trigger. Smart solution. Better than my solution with Cap-10.
Well these are all the solution I came up with. I'm pretty sure there is more so if you come up with a solution that doesn't use The Tree of Everlife, Shimmering Statue, Laya Lady of Sorrow, Ruunin, Triton Sanctuary, Spellwhirl, Magda or Bloomsprite. Comment down your solution! If any of you guys want to try to create an endless battle with a friend, please let me know if it worked. Thanks for reading!
