Only event in deck is detonate - so any barter is sad without pulling mecha from spirit theft or merchant.
Otherwise does your normal *wait for your opponent to play creatures that matches the removal I have in my hand* stuff, altho with cap-10 buffed recently, I wanted to try junkfeet for the mass buff potential - which is actually pretty relevant when you don't find your detonates.
Try your hardest to +1f over draw every turn if you can't afford your hand (after you have all the lands). Finding detonates is really powerful but mechs can just kinda chill.
