Hunt Down is so good with Tree it almost feels viable, keeping you alive until you play Tree, and giving your buffed creature something to do so it doesn't just become a frog.
But there is still a Tree in your deck, so tier 4.
Try to avoid your opponent before reaching 6 lands. Then win the game. Then play Tree.
It feels good and they concede soon after.
