The combo is Freedom Fighter + Majinata + 3 Tiki Pipers + Enchant for 20 damage to the orb. It costs a total of 26 faeria without haste collection or discounts. Depending on the board state and match up, you'll have to decide whether you go for a 1 or 2 turn kill. Due to the nature of this deck, some games might just be impossible to win, even more so if your opponent's expecting it.
One of the advantages that Majinata provides is that you can combo it with failed experiment and it won't die. The host also can't be flowered if you're going for a 2 turn lethal and the 5/5 divine+protection left behind can be hard to kill. For lands, you want to ideally go opposite side of opponent. Once you got 2 lakes and 1 forest, you can start drawing for your combo pieces. You could even try getting a land at opponent's well so that you can collect with the haste then go face with the flying charge 2. Hard mulligan for 1 biomancer (can draw you 5 out of the 6 combo pieces), 2 or 3 mochis (need them as collectors to maximize value) and maybe 1 enchant (since you can't draw it from bio) in that order of priority. Keeping any other of the combo pieces may also be fine, but not mandatory.
It is important to have 3 forests empty if possible since you'll need to play all your pipers (and Majinata) on them to get that 20 attack. Otherwise, you'll have to use failed on a piper and lose out on 1 faeria. Wild growth partially helps out with that, along with allowing you to draw with your power wheel instead of making lands.
As much as I’m kind of getting sick of combo decks, I think this is a pretty creative use of Majinata.
